The PromPony App is a 12+ platform. This is so you are a little bit older and can make decisions more clearly about who you want to be friends with, and can avoid any bullies or anyone trying to mislead you. We want the PromPony App to be a safe place for everyone.

Unfortunately no ... the PromPony App is exclusively a safe place for 12+ - 18 year olds that are sharing the journey to a Prom / Formal experience as part of the passage from youth to young adults. The only exception to this is where a Prom student less than 19 years of age, can invite a partner that is less than 22 years of age to join them as their Prom partner. You can see each other, but anyone over 18 can't see any other PromPony members. The Prom student needs to have permission from their parents / school for the under 22yo invited guest, and is fully responsible for their behaviour / actions.

Simply navigate to 'Edit my Profile' - then choose 'Become an Influencer' - the QR code is automatically generated, and you can then share to classmates and friends

Step 1 - The best solution is not to respond to the first instance of bullying. If you reply, they will just escalate as they can see the effect that it is having on you. Step 2 - If you have any concerns with the actions / messages of any other User - block them immediately. You won't see them, and they can't see you. If they contact you from any other account, block that account immediately also. Step 3 - Report to your parents / a responsible adult / teachers / the authorities - anywhere where their actions can be brought to account. Step 4 - If there is ongoing bullying - use the 'Report a User' feature - which can be found in the 'Edit your Profile' section of the PromPony App. Our Community and Safety team will respond as needed. Remember, 'bullying' is not your fault, you should never tolerate it, and you should never put up with it.

The first, and most important suggestion - is to start searching early. The second, and 2nd most important suggestion - is to start searching early. We have heard so many stories of stress / worry / disaster about the dress not arriving on time, not arriving before the event, damaged / or lost in transit, not in suitable condition / sizing / too late to be altered, wrong color, wrong design etc etc. You have been warned ... start searching early - and we suggest aim to have to your perfect dress in your hands at least a FULL MONTH BEFORE your Prom date. This gives you the chance to source a suitable alternative / recover from disaster before the big night. Your Prom is a lifetime of your wonderful memories - make it count! After all that - the best place to start (of course) is the PromPony Prom App - and by looking at either the Prom Dress Gallery or the Inspo Showcase. It is best to have a general browse / swipe to see what others are wearing, get some ideas about what looks suitable for your style. Focus on the features that you like - such as with sleeves or sleeveless, the type of neckline, fabric, colors, dress length etcAt that point you have a good idea of what you do / don't like - so you can start filtering for exactly the dress that you are after.Keep drilling down by Brands / Merchant / Location to end up with a successful result.Have a fantastic Prom!
