How can I get the PromPony $CASH rewards?

Just by sharing the PromPony with your classmates and friends. Send them your unique PromPony QR code, and if they join PromPony using that QR code, you will earn a $CASH reward.

The more friends that you share with, the bigger the rewards.

It's easy, no job application, no uniform, no forms - just share the QR code in the PromPony App using your mobile phone and have PromPony fun with your classmates and school friends.

It's the first step in you becoming a digital marketer / digital influencer / brand ambassador - show the world you have what it takes!!!

Can I change levels up / down in the PromPony App?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are totally free to use the PromPony App at the FREE level, or the BASIC or PREMIUM levels which have more features. If you upgrade to the BASIC or PREMIUM levels, you can cancel at any time and you will remain at that level until the next automatic renewal date. If you don't renew at the BASIC or PREMIUM levels, your account will revert to the FREE level automatically.

What age can I join and start using the PromPony App?

The PromPony App is a 12+ platform. This is so you are a little bit older and can make decisions more clearly about who you want to be friends with, and can avoid any bullies or anyone trying to mislead you. We want the PromPony App to be a safe place for everyone.

I'm 23+ years old, can I join the PromPony App?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately no ... the PromPony App is exclusively a safe place for 12+ - 18 year olds that are sharing the journey to a Prom / Formal experience as part of the passage from youth to young adults. The only exception to this is where a Prom student less than 19 years of age, can invite a partner that is less than 22 years of age to join them as their Prom partner. You can see each other, but anyone over 18 can't see any other PromPony members. The Prom student needs to have permission from their parents / school for the under 22yo invited guest, and is fully responsible for their behaviour / actions.

Can I block another PromPony User?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can Block / Unblock any other User at any time. So if you are unhappy with any other User interaction, just use the Block / Unblock feature which can be found in the Chat area or the User Profile section.

How can I get the QR code to share?

Accepted Answer

Simply navigate to 'Edit my Profile' - then choose 'Become an Influencer' - the QR code is automatically generated, and you can then share to classmates and friends

How can I stop bullying?

Accepted Answer

Step 1 - The best solution is not to respond to the first instance of bullying. If you reply, they will just escalate as they can see the effect that it is having on you.
Step 2 - If you have any concerns with the actions / messages of any other User - block them immediately. You won't see them, and they can't see you. If they contact you from any other account, block that account immediately also.
Step 3 - Report to your parents / a responsible adult / teachers / the authorities - anywhere where their actions can be brought to account.
Step 4 - If there is ongoing bullying - use the 'Report a User' feature - which can be found in the 'Edit your Profile' section of the PromPony App. Our Community and Safety team will respond as needed.
Remember, 'bullying' is not your fault, you should never tolerate it, and you should never put up with it.
